- Hard Tooling (Stamping): For mass production (>10k pieces). We build molds to ensure lowest unit price and high consistency.
- Hybrid Materials: We can produce Copper-Nickel Sandwich tabs for ultra-high current applications (100A+).
Because 21700 cells have higher capacity and often higher discharge rates than 18650s, we recommend a minimum of 0.15mm Pure Nickel. For high-performance packs, 0.20mm is the standard.

Yes, we manufacture copper-nickel composite strips. The base is copper for conductivity, with a nickel patch or plating for easy spot welding to the cell terminals.
For laser cutting, we have No MOQ (sample orders are welcome). For stamped parts requiring a mold, the suggested MOQ is 5,000 pieces.
