Our factory implements a strict Incoming Quality Control (IQC) protocol for all nickel strips for batteries. Before slitting, we utilize a handheld XRF analyzer to perform Spectrum Analysis, certifying that the nickel content exceeds 99.6% and confirming low resistivity for high-current applications.
Furthermore, we conduct Vickers Hardness Tests on every coil. By controlling the material temper (annealing state), we ensure the nickel ribbon falls within the optimal hardness range (HV 90-140). This prevents the strip from being too brittle (which causes weld failure) or too soft (which causes feeding issues), ensuring seamless integration with your 18650 or 21700 spot welding machines.

Precision Slitting & Edge Conditioning
Our manufacturing process utilizes high-precision rotary slitting technology to convert wide master coils into application-ready nickel strips for batteries. Unlike standard steel slitters that can leave jagged edges, our tungsten carbide tooling ensures a clean cut with a burr height of less than 0.02mm.
This detail is critical for battery safety; a sharp burr can puncture the delicate PVC insulation of 18650 or 21700 cells, leading to internal short circuits and potential fire hazards. Furthermore, we maintain a strict width tolerance of ±0.05mm and minimal camber.
This dimensional accuracy ensures that our nickel rolls feed seamlessly through automated spot welding equipment without jamming, maximizing your production line efficiency.


Fiber Laser CNC & High-Speed Press
Fabrication: Fiber Laser & Stamping
Our fabrication facility bridges the gap between prototyping and mass production. For rapid turnaround without tooling fees, we employ advanced Fiber Laser CNC systems.
Using nitrogen-assist technology, we cut intricate flat shapes and fuse-link designs into nickel strips without oxidation, ensuring a pristine surface for spot welding. Once your design is finalized and volume increases, we transition to High-Speed Stamping Presses.
Utilizing multi-stage progressive dies, we can churn out thousands of custom battery tabs per hour with consistent dimensional accuracy. This process also allows for 3D forming, such as creating raised 'steps' or bent busbars for complex battery management system (BMS) connections.
Vacuum Sealing & Dimensional Check
OQC & Vacuum Protection
The final stage of our production is rigorous Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). We utilize calibrated digital calipers and conductivity meters to ensure every batch of nickel strips for batteries meets your specifications for width, thickness, and resistance.
Once approved, we prioritize preservation. We understand that international logistics can be harsh, so we utilize a double-layer vacuum sealing process with added desiccant packs. This creates a moisture-proof barrier that prevents oxidation and tarnishing, extending the shelf life of your inventory.
